I have been using the pelikan edelstein sapphire ink for 3 years now . This ink flows beautifully from any of the pens that I have used it in , on most papers . The colour is a beautiful classic blue . I would recommend this ink to all users of fine writing instruments .

It is a relatively dry ink. It is "Black", unlike some which black inks which give the impression of having a brownish tint. A good ink in all.

Very smooth on the paper, deep black. It dries in few minutes.
